Day One






Today is April 23rd, Day one of my 3 week fast. I am going to keep a blog of my weightloss and reveal my tips and tricks to help any other people that are going through the say things as myself. I am 5'9 150lbs! I would like to be about 125 or so. I want to be able to wear my new bathing suit this summer. I am a very pretty girl I think my face and my body just do not go together! a beautiful face like my own deserve a beatiful skinny frame to match! I will post pictures of myself every other day to show my weight loss progress. My face is cropped out for identity reasons.
ME DAY 1 (ew)


Well, my fast has not had the best start as of this morning. Yesterday i had my wisdom teeth removed so my mom made me a light soft breakfast so i had to eat some of it i told her my mouth was in too much pain to eat anymore. If your a younger person such as myself trying to fast it can seem quiet tough with parents watching all the time. But theres alot of ways to go around that! Try some of these tips!




-Make a sandwhich set down with it then when there not looking through it away but make sure to keep the plate next to you so it looks as if you have eaten it.



-At dinner take very little and when no ones paying attention slide it into a napkin and hurry it to the garbage.





-Put your food a on a siblings plate if they get up to do something.



-Try not to be home in the evenings then when you get home tell them you have already eaten.



-Talk alot at the dinner table make sure your the last at the table then throw your food away or even with the other left overs so your not wasting the food.





-Fill your mouth and hands with food then excuse yourself to the rest room and dump it in the toilet. Dont make a habbit of going to the bathroo m during dinner it becomes noticable.



-Request to eat dinner in your bedroom that way you don't have to worry about them not seeing you eat.



-If you have a family dog throw your food to them they will be sure to eat it for you!





Those are just a few tricks to help fool your parents, also make sure if you have any small portions you wish to eat for the day like under 300 calories make sure you eat it infront of them so that they are asured of your eating. I am also getting my gym membership Monday April 26th this way my parents will think my weightloss is due to my cardio workouts (which have been proven to be the best form of calorie burning as far as working out is concerned)



Well as of yesterday, I came in contact with my fasting partner. sometimes fasting on your own can be alot tougher then having a partner to help you through it. I think having Serena to help push me through this fast will really be a strong help to me!












Pros to having a partner:


-They push you.



-They are there for you when you want to binge.



-When your sad and depressed and have no one to relate with they will be there with you whenever you need them there.



-Other than the moral support they will also take part in helping you be competive towards eachother!







Cons to having a partner:


-They may push you to hard.



-If there is to much copetition it may become unhealthy or even fatal.





So ladies make sure you are picking the right partner for yourself! I didnt want to be extremly bias when writing about the partners but I think support from other people is exactlywhat is nessary when trying to fast.











Another thing I find extremly helpful is thinsporation photos! just looking at them makes my mind boggle! If i could look like that I would love myself one million times more!






Such as the picture to the left, look at her beautiful thin frame! The hair is more scenespo but the build is so beautiful!






I am not suggesting that people become overly skinny because i believe a nice tight thin cute body is ideal! But when ribs and bones that shouldnt be showing start to show its gone to far and you must get help!

All of these Women are perfect exaples of thinsporatin except the one the the far right shes taken her fasting past the extreme! I am not for being that thin!

I realize its only day one, but cravings come each and everyday! Its lunch time right now and i am steadly drinking water for it tricks your stomach to believe it is full when in reality its really not! However that tactic does not always work! Other ways to handel the cravings other then unplanned calories try:

-Eating ice cubes.

-Drinking diet pop

-Making diet pop ice cubes

-Chewing sugar free gum

-Close your eyes and imagine yourself being your dream wieght.

-Tell yourself if you eat that you will gain more weight and become even fatter then you already are!

-Suck on sugar free mints.

Those are just a few! I am sure once I am further into my fast I will be able to give you many more tips!
